The BEATLES WHITE ALBUM Complete Copy EXCELLENT Condition!
MONO Top Opening Gatefold PMC 7067/68, No. 0135348
Side 1: XEX 709-1 Stampers 3/AL, minor surface scratches, EXCELLENT condition.
Side 2: XEX 710-1 Stampers 2G/RM, very clean, hardly any marks EXCELLENT+
Side 3: XEX 711-1 Stampers 1/MT, minor surface marks, EXCELLENT
Side 4: XEX 712-2 Stampers 3/GDT, minor surface marks, EXCELLENT (with KJT embossed tax code on label)
I have test played the 4 sides and there are very occasional clicks which do not distract from listening and overall it is without doubt EXCELLENT vinyl. These have not been played and battered to near death!
All sides have less than average spindle markings with nice clean labels, side 4 has the VERY RARE KJT embossed tax code around the spindle hole.
All 4 sides state “An EMI Recording” and “Sold in UK subject to…” and are original 1968 UK pressings.
Gatefold TOP OPENING cover with a W I D E R than average S P I N E, (approximately 8mm) dark grey number 0135348 very clearly printed. Slight creasing in top left hand corner but the laminate is still very strong, and it’s still quite white for its age! Very clean, no pen marks, a very slight tear (5mm) on the top back side. Some mild cornerwear. Genuine MONO (Stereo covers had stereo written on the back)
Inside gatefold, VERY CLEAN and unmarked. A VERY GOOD PLUS example of an original white album cover!
Black INNER SLEEVES, Both in VG++ condition, some minor wear and tear, no major rips or tears, one has slightly frayed and creased.
PORTRAIT PHOTOS- EXCELLENT+, clean and strong, EXCELLENT
POSTER/LYRIC SHEET- Looks NEAR MINT, hardly opened, no rips or marks.
