Description
THIS IS A UK PRESSING OF "THE WHITE ALBUM" by THE BEATLES 1968. A TWO LP SET. THE COVER IS EMBOSSED "The BEATLES" and is numbered 0088631.
From the pressing numbers: XEX 709-1; XEX 710-1 and XEX 711-1: XEX 712-1, I deduce that its a first issue.
BOTH RECORDS HAVE ONLY VERY SMALL SCUFFS AND HAIRLINE SCRATCHES FROM VERY LIGHT USEAGE. AS IT IS FROM MY OWN BEATLES COLLECTION I CAN CONFIRM THAT IT WAS LOOKED AFTER AND HAS BEEN CAREFULLY STORED FOR OVER 40 YEARS.
HAVING LISTENED CAREFULLY, I CAN VOUCH THAT BOTH DISCS PLAY WELL WITH VIRTUALLY NO BACKGROUND NOISE AND NO CLICKS.
THE SET COMPRISES: THE TWO 12" VINYL RECORDS; 4 X SEPARATE PHOTOS OF PAUL, JOHN, GEORGE and RINGO; THE WHITE EMBOSSED COVER (in good condition) The TWO BLACK SLEEVES (unfortunately creased + small tears) The 2 sided WORD SHEET with Polaroid Photos on the reverse. (separated into 3 Parts).

I am not a dealer just decluttering and setting aside nostalgia for bygone times I am finally auctioning off my vinyl collection. I notice that this particular double album is still sought after so I have put a start price of just £30. The postage & packaging costs are as reasonable as I can make them and considering the fragile nature of the item, I would recommend insurance as well.
