Description
For auction is an early First UK Mono Issue of the Beatles White Album. Original top loader complete with photos and poster. Low number. 0088119
Original top loading gatefold Sleeve in VG condition, with minor spine wear and ringwear. No splits, tears or writing. As with most examples has faded to cream from white.
Original black inner sleeves are VG. Comes with spare set of modern replica sleeves.
Poster is in one piece but fragile, with some folds beginning to split. Photos VG with only drawing pin holes as an issue.
The records are VG, with some scuffs and minor hairlines and one more visible mark at end of side 3. This mark causes some quiet clicks in final track of side 3. Otherwise the only sonic issues are occasional crackles. No sticks skips or jumps.
Importantly, the labels show these records were pressed very early as they do not have the ‘An EMI recording’ on. This was corrected very quickly in the first issue, so these labels are rare. Labels on excellent condition.
