Description

An original 1984 copy of THE WHITE ALBUM. Labels are consistent with a 1984 pressing. Matrix 3/6/2/2. The vinyl comes housed in an original embossed side-opening cover. Also included is the original poster lyric sheet and the photos. We have generic inners which are unlikely to be original to this release.
Vinyl (Ex+/Ex+) Well preserved and in lovely condition despite being 37 years old. Under close inspection we could only make out a couple of light marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of  playback. Intros and inbetweens are pretty much silent and the audio comes across with superb clarity. Beautiful clear and precise audio from start to finish... it is stunning..be that the complex numbers or the paired down low-key numbers. Interference is pretty much non-existent. I'll do my usual catch-all..you may detect a couple of crackles in an isolated moment per disc. A real beaut of an example and one that's difficult to find fault with. Analogue clearly rules!!
Cover (Ex) In beautiful condition and still commands RESPECT with this iconic sixties design. Lovely clean and unaged front with, perhaps, one thumbnail crease and a couple of tiny pin-pricks in the extreme top left corner. The rear is equally impressive. The interior looks great too - no issues at all. Edge wear is very light and the openings still sharp. The spine looks fine with only very light wear and all text legible.
Poster (Ex+) Factory fresh..no ageing or spit. Has never been near a wall!
Photos (Ex/Ex+) Pretty much perfect. One has a very low-level slight crease.
