Record
Play tested - occasional light crackle between tracks.
Couple of hairline scratches to each side - nothing feelable.
No clicks, jumps or skips.

Sleeve
Ring wear to front and back.
Some creases to the front laminate.
Slight age browning to back.
Bottom 'flip' to flip back sleeve is damaged - possibly re-stuck as some point?
Opening edge is marked - I think that sellotape has been stuck to the front edge at some point.

Inner
Original inner sleeve with 'Take Good Care Of You Microgroove Records etc.' writing.
Some creasing and 3cm split to one top corner.
Record stored in new poly. lined white sleeve which is included.

Records will be removed from sleeves (unless sealed or in box sets) and well packed in card mailers with card re-enforcements/bubble wrap as required.
