Description
The Beatles WITH THE BEATLES STEREO PCS 3045
This LP is a genuine 1963 1st pressing UK STEREO version with a very RARE Ernest J Day stereo cover, almost impossible to find!
YEX 110-2 (2 AR) YEX 111-2 ( 2 RT)
Side 1; Label has KT embossed. Vinyl is very good visual and audio.
Side 2: Label has 2 mistakes (later corrected) ‘You Really Gotta Hold On Me’ and the ‘Jobete’ publishing credit for ‘Money. 2 slight skips on “Roll Over Beethoven’ and ‘Hold Me Tight’ . Good+ audio overall.
The LP plays fine but it does have some audio clicks and ticks and it skips on two tracks.
The EJ Day cover has a LARGE STEREO on the front . The rear shows signs of wear an tear with the bottom flipback ripped slightly away from the main cover about half way along the bottom.
It’s been well handled but is still a GOOD example. The corrected ‘You Really Got A Hold On Me’ is given on side 2 tracklisting.
There is a very good EMITEX poly lined inner sleeve.
This record has been well played and handled a lot but it is a very rare stereo LP from 1963 with a very rare stereo EJ Day cover. Still playable and enjoyable today 50 years on!
All my auctions start at 99 pence only! Thanks for looking and check out my other BEATLES records!
