Description

The Beatles and Frank Ifield on stage vee-jay portrait cover 33 rpm vinyl record. rarest Beatles album. only 400 pressed.
extremely rare Beatles album, titled 'The Beatles and Frank Ifield on stage' also known as the portrait cover. here is an excerpt of an appraisal from a well known Beatles expert in the U.S ."His appears to be in about VG to VG- condition (very good to very good-) condition with some noted edge wear with splitting here and that along with light front wear at points. Reverse as some aging and age spotting. The record appears to be VG+ or a bit better with near mint labels. Hard to grade vinyl from any images. As such, I would place a value of $1500 low to the $2200+ range. There are many collectors who simply don't have that version at all. They are something like 1000 to 1 scarcer than the Jolly What version which flew off the shelves early on in the U.S. Beatlemania days." in 1995, a mint copy with the cellophane still on sold for $22,000. more info for advice on proof of authenticity can be found on google. (stamp on record, spine lettering etc)
