Description
I’m selling my beloved Cramps poster as it’s been a few years in storage in its frame and there’s just not a suitable place for it in my current house. Seems a shame that something so cool is sitting unviewed.
I’ve owned it for about 20 years, bought off a guy who had a great collection of 80s punk and new wave posters.
The album came out in 1981 so this poster must be same age.
Dimensions 50cm wide 71cm long
Paper is matt finish, is not yellowing, and the black and magenta colour scheme is not faded at all either.
Edges and corners are almost perfect… except for one small wrinkle at the base of the poster (see photo); and there’s some sellotape on the rear of the bottom right and left corners (see photos): you could trim the right one off but I never bothered as it’s not noticeable. For completeness, I should also mention there are 2 spots at the bottom which are slightly discoloured but still look pink – about the size of a 1p piece. They’re symmetrically placed from the centre line and because of that, and the fact they are so small and not much of a colour difference, they are really not noticeable. I have to mention them though.
I found it hard to photograph and there are some reflections of my bike which was stood nearby.. these are not on the poster!
I’d prefer the buyer picks up so as to prevent possible damage in transit – but if posted, the poster will be rolled up in a tube. If you pick up, I’ll include the (damaged) frame it’s currently in if you want it.
I intend to ship royal mail special delivery as it is insured and tracked, and will get to you next day.
