Now, who didn’t (and doesn’t) like the music of the Eagles, one of the GREAT SUPER-GROUPS of Rock & Roll? No one I know, for sure! The Eagles brought together into one band the talents of Don Henley, John Souther, Glenn Frey, Tim Schmidt & Joe Walsh (for a while). So, if you’ve been a long-term fan of the Eagles, you DEFINITELY won’t want to miss out in bidding on this LP.

In this auction:

• “EAGLES THEIR GREATEST HITS 1971-1975” LP by The Eagles

• This is Asylum Records 7E 1052.

• This LP was released in 1976.

• This is a PROMOTIONAL LP that was produced for radio play.

• “RADIO STATION USE ONLY” is printed on both labels.

• The top left corner of the rear cover has a Gold Stamp that reads: “DEMONSTRATION NOT FOR SALE”.

• As you probably know, PROMOTIONAL RECORDS were ONLY released by record companies to the radio stations and DJs for airplay. They were produced in very small/limited quantities and were NOT made available for sale to the general public; therefore, many promotional records have become highly sought after by vinyl collectors and fans of certain recording artists/bands.

• There is a GLOSSY WHITE STICKER with BLUE PRINT adhered to the cover at top left corner that has the LP title and lists the 10 tacks on it. (This sticker has age-spotting as you can see in the images

• It truly has 10 of the band’s GREATEST HITS from 1971 to 1975 including: “Take It Easy”, “Witchy Woman”, Lyin’ Eyes”, “Already Gone”, “Desperado”, “One Of These Nights”, “Tequila Sunrise”, “Take It To The Limit”, “Peaceful Easy Feeling”, and “Best of My Love”.

• The COVER with the EMBOSSED EAGLE SKULL is in NICE VG+ CONDITION with light/minor wear on the corners. The sticker listing the tracks as at the top left corner.

• The VINYL is NEAR MINT.

It’s a VERY NICE EAGLES PROMOTIONAL LP for someone’s vinyl collection.

FYI: I used Goldmine Grading Standards (P for Poor, F for Fair, G for Good, G+ for Good Plus, VG for Very Good, VG+ for Very Good Plus, NM for Near Mint, M for Mint) to VISUALLY GRADE this LP, so please know the descriptions of these grades before bidding.
