1. YES! I will combine shipping on multiple purchases. It is now to the advantage of buyers outside of the U.S. to make multiple purchases with the increase in overseas shipping.

2. Low customs declarations on all overseas mailings. Uusually $1 to $2 per 45.

Factory sleeve is in NM condition with just the slightest evidence of storage.
