The Jazz Scene Limited Edition 78rpm Set Presented by Norman Granz. Signed by Norman Granz.
This was NORMAN GRANZ’s pet project and masterpiece recording, encased in a black portfolio album. The six records are in individual envelope covers, spiral bound into the portfolio album, along with the pictures and text. NORMAN GRANZ Produced this folio and issued it in a LIMITED EDITION of 5000 copies, all SIGNED by him. This copy is number 2119. There are 2 names and comment written on inside cover page in pen.

There are 29 photographs and written pages between the sections, all in very good condition with some shelf wear. All of the records appear in Very Good Plus(VG+) however I am not a professional grader and have not played these records. The booklet cover has fade and lost original lustre however the spine and spiral bound metal are still tight and strong. There is a faint shelf odor. Original generic brown pocketed sleeves with records.The photos are by Gjon Mili with exception of Ralph Burns photo by Harold Trudeau and Bud Powell and Max Roach photos by Paul Nodler.
All sales final on this item. An excellent find for any Jazz collection. Insurance included in shipping and handling charge.
