Description

For sale is a very rare power pop record from the band, The Mice! 
Many consider this gem to represent one of the best bands to come out of Cleveland, OH during the 1980's.
This particular copy is in fantastic shape! It was cleaned on a VPI 16.5 record cleaning machine using a two-step cleaning process and placed in a mofi sleeve.  Lightly brush with a carbon fiber brush, and you're good to go! 

Very little surface wear on the record, and can be respectfully graded a very strong VG++ to EX.  Look like it was only played once or twice. 
The jacket is very clean, but there is a non-warped water stain on the upper top, along with creasing and very slight ring wear. VG+, otherwise.
Item will be safely shipped in a brand new record mailer, within the continental U.S. Will not ship outside the United States.
I also accept returns within 14 days of receiving, just in case this EP does not meet your expectations!
