Description
Complete with mega rare undocumented lithograph original record label advertising insert with this Basquiat art pictured! I can’t find another copy with this rare insert, it’s a bonus other copies never have and a super rare art object on its own. It would be great framed and presented on its own along with this record cover.
The Offs First Record Lp Jean Michel Basquiat Art Original 1984 Press.
Here it is! A grail among Basquiat collectors and the closest thing you can ever get to an “Affordable” 1980s work by this artist from the golden period when he was still alive and working. This is NOT one of the sub-standard lousy quality reissues or bootlegs made by someone who supposedly bought the rights from the band that are floating around. The image quality and sound quality on those is terrible. There is slight wear on the cover because it’s an original from 1984 on an album by an obscure band. The Lp is VG+ condition plays perfectly slight marks are only visible under bright light and there are no major scratches. See picture of white spots on the edge of one side of the vinyl. These are slight pressing flaws that are impurities pressed into the vinyl that doesn’t hinder play. This is an original low budget production with a world famous artists work gracing the cover and only one of two album covers he ever did. Auction only, no offers accepted. This is a very rare price of art history and a rare original punk record.
Record will be well packed and protected, it has been properly cleaned and will be poly bagged with record out of jacket to prevent splitting of. Ships in between many layers of cardboard flats for extra protection in a sturdy record mailer.
