The Smiths: Barbarism Begins At Home/Shakespeare's Sister German 12" Vinyl
I do not like to grade records or sleeves "Near Mint" because there will always be someone to disagree with your grading. So I'll say both the vinyl and sleeve are in Excellent Condition. But seriously, this is a gorgeous, very clean copy of this release. I purchased this (probably from Smiths/Morrissey expert Beau Hatfield) back in the 1990s and never played it. You would be hard pressed to find a better copy.
