This auction is for an original copy of the classic album by the Smiths 'Meat is Murder'..... Released on the Rough Trade label in 1985 with the catalogue number ROUGH 81, this copy is one of the early pressings with the hidden messages in the run-out grooves. Side A being "Illness is Art' and Side B 'Doing the withenshawe waltz'..... Record is in excellent condition, shows little sign of use, labels are on excellent.... sleeve is VG+ light wear to corners (shown in photos)...... This copy comes with an original 'Appearing' press release for the album, press release is in excellent condition, has hand annotations and highlights.....
