The Standells LP Why pick on me/ Sometimes good guys don't wear white (USA 1966 Tower) NM/EX
On Tower Records (Cat: T5044) Original vinyl LP released in 1966 in USA.
This record has been play graded and the sound quality is perfect, with no clicks or crackles, and no jumping or sticking. The record is graded NEAR MINT. (NOTE: I only grade as MINT discs that are sealed or genuinely have not been played). The outer card cover has some minor issues (see below) and is graded EXCELLENT.
The thick card cover is non-laminated but with a slight sheen or glossy finish on front & rear surfaces. Both surfaces are in great condition, with no writing, no stickers or residue, and no tears. The rear has a ‘ripple effect’ on the stick-on backing paper, presumably during manufacturing – this is limited to an area near the lower spine. All four edges have very little wear. The upper and lower open-edge corners have small crumple creases. The lower spine corner has also a smaller crumple crease, only on the rear surface – the front is unaffected. There is a thin dent near the lower open edge corner on the rear only – see photos. This is a great cover graded EXCELLENT.

PACKAGING: This item will be protected inside a strong thick card pro-mailer with a stiffener – see my feedback. I prepare a record (unless factory sealed) for despatch by re-packaging it in a new polythene-lined inner sleeve, and place it separately from the company cover to avoid splitting the seam. The record could otherwise slip around inside and cut through the edge of the card cover. To add further protection, I place the whole package inside a polythene outer slip case. If you have an alternative request for packaging, please contact me before making payment.

COMBINED POSTAGE: I always combine postage costs wherever possible. On multi-purchases up to 4 single albums (LPs), postage is the same as for a single item (LP). This includes gatefold covers as well. Please wait for me to invoice you after the auction/sale, or if you prefer to pay straight away, I shall reimburse any over-payment for postage via Paypal.
