Description
Hard to find original TMOQ pressing of The Who Live At The Fillmore East. Recorded in 1968. High quality live recording from the sound board. Cover art by noted artist Darryle Purcell. There are several different covers for this LP but this is the best by far in my opinion. Most TMOQ LP's are in so so condition and many have poor quality pressings, but this is a nice one. The vinyl is very clean with only the slightest very minor scuffs and a few hairline scratches. Plain while label and back cover. I heard a few ticks near the end of "Boris The Spider" but 95% of the LP plays with a very quiet background and sounds very good. It appears that this record has not been played that much. In the run out groove there is TMQ - 71071-A and the other side TMQ - 71071-B. By the way, the song that is listed as "My Brother" on the cover is actually "Tattoo". Cover is in good condition overall. Look at the photos as there is scotch tape along the edge of the paste on cover. This may or may not be original (anything is possible with a TMOQ release). The back cover has some very light brown discolorations here and there. An old price tag is in the upper right hand cover (probably the original price tag when new). A new resealable mylar cover and a new white paper inner sleeve comes with your purchase.
Check my feedback for strict play grading. Super sturdy packing. All records are cleaned on a pro VPI record cleaner for superior sound quality. Check out my other LP's. Can combine shipping to save some postage costs. Buyer pays $4.00 for USPS Media Mail shipping. Overseas shipping is $25 for Air Mail.
