Hello there and welcome to my auction. Please read my descriptions carefully before you bid. Please make sure you read everything especially the condition of each vinyl. The grading and criteria are below.

 

 

 

This is an auction for: The Who – Sell out – Original Track Vinyl LP album from 1967.

 

This is the original MONO pressing on Track records.

 

The record was Made in Great Britain (UK Pressing).

 

Matrix numbers on the inner grooves are:

 

Side 1: 612002 A 2 – 11

Side 2: 612002 B 1    1   1   1

 

This album is RARE enough as it is but this one is in lovely condition.

 

 

 

Vinyl Condition: EX (Truly stunning condition. The record is lovely and shiny and under a strong light only has a few of the lightest surface marks. The spindle is crisp and clean with only a few marks indicating very few plays. The record plays great and is a real pleasure to listen to. I have never seen an original Mono track pressing is such lovely condition and I doubt I will ever again. Really lovely shiny condition. One for the real collectors).

 

Inner Sleeve Condition: VG (The “plastic bags are dangerous” sleeve has some yellowing and wear due to age but is ok).

 

Outer Sleeve Condition: VG (Fully Laminated sleeve. Front left has some lifting of the laminate and tearing of the laminate too. Bottom right corner has a slight bend and some laminate creases. There are some light signs of ring-wear and wear to the corners. There are some general edge creases and a few marks here and there but to be fair its in great shape for its age).

 

 

 

I grade my vinyl’s as follows:

 

M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.

Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.

VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.

G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

Fair = The record shows signs of extensive play and may have many marks and deep scratches but will still play ok but with significantly lower sound quality. Artwork will be rather worn with possible splits, small rips, scrapes, dents, or maybe water damage.
