Description

An original 1973 copy on Track records - roughly two years after 1st release. Matrix A4/B4. "Bilbo" etching. The vinyl comes housed in a 2nd issue Clout & Baker printed cover with the original poly-lined inner sleeve. If you're looking for a sweet playing copy that won't break the bank...do consider this copy. It's barely two years from those original masters...100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex) In lovely condition and has only seen relatively light use. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple light marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an, at least, EXCELLENT level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are very nice and quiet and the audio comes across with great clarity. Very nice clean audio by and large. You might detect a few brief crackles in a couple of moments [e.g. intro to Baba O'Riley], but precious little else. A really solid playing copy for someone who wants a decent rendition without shelling out a fortune.
Cover (Ex-) Very nice clean front and back - better than what usually surfaces. Only the lightest handling evidence and a small number written in black ink on the black region of the rear - hence it doesn't stand out. There's only light edge wear and the openings are still sharpish. The text on the spine is still all legible. Overall the cover retains verygood rigidity.
Inner (Ex-) No splits. lightest ageing.
