Description

Before Lights Out and Strangers in the Night, there was Phenomenon—the album that introduced the legendary partnership of Michael Schenker and Phil Mogg and launched UFO into hard rock history.

Featuring the timeless classics “Doctor Doctor” and “Rock Bottom,” along with fan favorites “Too Young to Know” and “Oh My,” this 1974 release remains one of the defining albums of ‘70s hard rock. Schenker’s melodic yet explosive guitar work would influence generations of players, while Rock Bottom became the centerpiece of UFO’s legendary live performances.

This is the original 1974 U.S. Chrysalis pressing (CHR 1059)—a cornerstone album for collectors of classic hard rock, NWOBHM influences, and Michael Schenker fans alike. Clean original pressings continue to become more difficult to find, especially with a strong-playing vinyl copy.

A must-have for fans of UFO, Scorpions, Thin Lizzy, Rainbow, and classic ’70s guitar-driven rock.
