PLEASE REVIEW ALL PHOTOS AND READ THE ENTIRE ITEM DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY AS THERE IS A LOT TO DESCRIBE!
PLAY TESTED! I recently played this LP and it SOUNDS AWESOME! But you may hear surface noise typical with a Very Good+ grading.
THIS IS A SUPER RARE FIRST PRESSING WITH 2 MISPRINTS. THE SIDE 1 LABEL HAS THE MISPRINT OF "TOO YOUNG TO NO" INSTEAD OF "TOO YOUNG TO KNOW ", WHICH WAS CORRECTED FOR LATER PRESSINGS AND the track listing on the rear cover also has it labeled incorrectly as "Too Young To NO" INSTEAD OF "TOO YOUNG TO KNOW ", WHICH WAS ALSO CORRECTED FOR LATER PRESSINGS.YOU MAY BE ABLE TO FIND A COPY WITH JUST 1 OF THE MISPRINTS, BUT IT IS VERY RARE TO FIND A COPY WITH BOTH OF THE MISPRINTS.
ALSO INCLUDES THE VERY RARE "DISTIBUTED BY CHRYSALIS" GREEN STICKER ON THE REAR COVER.
LETS RECAP: THIS IS A SUPER RARE MISPRINT FIRST PRESSING WITH THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES:
1) THE SIDE 1 LABEL HAS THE MISPRINT OF "TOO YOUNG TO NO" INSTEAD OF "TOO YOUNG TO KNOW ", WHICH WAS CORRECTED FOR LATER PRESSINGS,
2) The track listing on the rear cover also has it labeled incorrectly as "Too Young To NO" INSTEAD OF "TOO YOUNG TO KNOW ", WHICH WAS CORRECTED FOR LATER PRESSINGS,
3) HAS THE ORIGINAL GREEN LABELS,4) ALSO INCLUDES THE VERY RARE "DISTIBUTED BY CHRYSALIS" GREEN STICKER ON THE REAR COVER.
Up for sale is one(1) UFO - Phenomenon LP from 1974 on Chrysalis Records (#1059). This is the First Pressing with the GREEN Chrysalis labels. This is the first UFO LP to feature Michael Schenker on guitar. Also features, of course, Phil Mogg, Pete Way and Andy Parker.
The Vinyl is in Very Good+ condition with typical wear from age that may cause surface noise typical with a Very Good+ grading. Even with a Very Good+ grading there may be a certain amount of surface noise. More noticible during the quiet parts.
Nice, clean labels with minor spindle marks.
The cover is in Very Good condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings / soft corners, creases, crumples, fading, dings, ring wear, etc... There is a very small / very begining of a split seam on the bottom. (please see pics)
This cover typically doesn't age well, but this one is in Very Good shape. The LP comes in a plain inner sleeve.
I am thinning out my vinyl collection. This is the actual item you will receive. See the photos and judge for yourself.
