URIAH HEEP - Very 'eavy, Very 'umble. Very rare first pressing of their debut album on the original Vertigo Swirl label. In superb condition considering its 55 years since its release.
Format: 12" 33rpm black vinyl stereo LP. Label: Vertigo Swirl. Cat. No. 6360 006 Year: 1970. Issue: Original. U.K. First Press. Genre: Rock. Sub-Genre: Progressive, Underground, Hard Rock, Classic Rock, Heavy Rock. Sleeve: The record is supplied with its original laminated cardboard gatefold sleeve and original poly-lined swirl liner, Matrix No's: A: 1Y//1, B: 2Y//1.
Condition: Record: Excellent. There are one or two innocuous very light marks. Both sides play perfectly or at least very near. There may be an extraneous fleeting, single revolution, light rasp in the dead wax between tracks 2 and 3 on side 2. Sleeve: Very Good +. No major blemishes. Light scuffing to the corners and open edge. There are some short hairline creases emanating from the spine and edges on the front laminate and some longer similar marks to the reverse (especially to the top right corner). The laminate surface has suffered from some light scratching and dulled the gloss surface a little (due to 55 years of general wear and tear). The inner gatefold is not laminated and in excellent condition although there is a little light surface scuffing to the top left edge. Liner: Very Good +. General light grubbiness and a few light brown splash marks to one side.
