Bemerkungen / Comments:
Vita Nova from Munich was a band that played never live but only in the studios. They released their only album in 1971 for Life Records in Austria. The band rented the well-known Union Studios in Munich for some days, so they could play what they liked to play without any group or success duress. They were far ahead of their time, one played progressive own compositions, which were really something new. The sound became quiet individuell by the use of a Hohner Clavinet, which is a kind of electric harpsichord. The lyrics were something completely new as well - they were in Latin language. The original-LP grow up in price the last years more and more and today You have to pay € 800,- for it, if You can fint it at all. The official reissue includes two bonustracks which should be a former single, but were never released at that time. 180 gram-vinyl.
