Van Morrison "His Band And The Street Choir"
This is an original US vinyl pressing on WB 1884 from 1970. This is a stereo white label promo copy. This was his third album on Warner Brothers Records. It had his big hits 'Domino', which reached # 9 on 12/5/70 and 'Blue Money', which reached # 23 on 3/6/71. His band includes Dahaud Elias Shaar, Jack Schroer, Keith Johnson, John Platanai, John Klingberg, and Alan Hand.
This is an essential Van Morrison album and this is it's rarest form. White label promos were printed in very limited numbers and only when the record was first issued ( probably less than 5000 copies of the promo were pressed ). This album eventually sold millions and stayed in print for many years.
Overall Condition is : Cover is M- / Record is M
The gatefold cover is Mint minus with no ring wear, no writing , and no seam splits. There is light ring wear on the back cover only. The vinyl looks mint and it plays mint. The labels are perfect with no spindle marks. The record comes in a WB/Reprise inner sleeve.
The songs are : Domino, Crazy Face, Give Me A Kiss, I've Been Working, Call Me Up In Dreamland, I'll Be Your Lover Too, Blue Money, Virgo Clowns, Gypsy Queen, Sweet Jannie, If I Ever Needed Someone, and Street Choir.

I started collecting records in 1966. I started selling in Goldmine in 1985. I now sell records at all Northwest record conventions : Portland, Seattle, Tacoma, Eugene, Grants Pass, and Canby. And at Crossroads Music in Portland, Oregon. My records are from a no smoking and no pets home.
Packaging :
I take great care on every package and I do each one personally. I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut cardboard. Each piece is 1/2 inch thick, triple strength industrial cardboard. Together they are very strong and unbendable. ( Even the postmen comment on how strong this cardboard is ! ) I always remove the record from the cover and seal them in a clear plastic sleeve. The package will be marked in red : "Fragile Record" on both sides.
Postage : Weight : 1 pound 11 ounces
You have to pay for the postage. I pre-weigh every record, so that you pay the exact amount the post office charges. There are no handling charges. This record will weigh 27 ounces ( 1 pound, 11 ounces ) when ready to ship. US bidders can figure out your own postage costs for US Priority or Media Mail. All US winners will get shipping through Paypal and an automatic email with the tracking number. Overseas bidders must use First Class Mail International. You will get an automatic email with the customs/tracking number. ( Buyers from Italy must assume all risks for shipping to their country. ) I will send your record as soon as you pay ( same day if before 2 PM and next day if after 2 PM : Monday thru Saturday) I will combine shipping if you win more than one record.
