Up for auction is a very Rare Rockabilly 45 by Three Aces And A Joker on GRC label # 104.This is guaranteed to be an original first pressing from 1959.I've seen this record in websites dating it at 1959 and a few also dated it at 1960.I believe its 1959 but could be 1960.The songs are titled Booze Party on one side and has Sleigh Bell Rock on the other side.If you collect Rockabilly 45s you know this one is quite rare.I myself have only seen 2 original first pressings as this one is up for sale in the last 3 1/2 years.Both songs are Terrific.The Booze Party side has light scratches with about 5 scratches that can lightly be felt with fingernail.Has about 10 scuffs in which 2 can be felt very lightly with fingernail.Has pretty noticeable groove wear also.Looks to have some very very light pencil tracing on the GRC letters on label.The pencil is extremely light.The trail off wax has either MR or NR and Jm.Also has GRC # 45-104 (218).Also has sJw.I played this side and it played with some distorted background noise but may play better on your player.I had to play this on a lesser quality turntable as my personal one is not in working order at this time.The Sleigh Bell Rock side is not as nice as the Booze Party side as it has alot of scratches including several deeper type scratches that can be felt with fingernail.I played this side on my lesser quality player and it played with some distorted type background noise but could play better on your turntable.The deeper type scratches didn't seem to make any loud pop noises.May play with some ticks and clicks.Also has a pretty noticeable amount of groove wear and there are 3 small discoloration spots Please see picture.There,s 1 on grooves and the other 2 are on the trail off wax between label and they only touch the grooves a very small amount.I would guess this may be a touch of light red fingernail polish buts its just a guess.Did not wash off but I did not want to scrub the 3 areas.You can also see the label has alot of scratch wear near the outer edges of the label on this side.Also if you look closely there is a lightly written name near the top of the label on this side only.The Sleigh Bell Rock side has MR Jm GRC 45-104 (1 48).Also has sJw.I have taken 8 pictures so you can see just how this 45 looks.Please E Mail for Foreign shipping prices.
