While I can't find a comparable standard Victor label, I think this one is around 1915.
Artist and selection unknown (can't read the script)
Condition and Comments - This one has a bit of swish in play mostly at the beginning and less after a few turns. It is not immediately apparent of the cause but there may have been a bit of water graininess along the beginning edge. In any case, the music comes through loud and strong but with a bit of swish early on. VG
