From my personal collection:
I met Warren Zevon in 1990 after his show at the Roxy club in Hollywood.  I  made the naive mistake of asking him to sign "Wanted Dead or Alive" for me - I didn't know he hadn't authorized the release of this album, his first album, released on the Imperial Records imprint of Liberty Records.  Something to do with Kim Fowley and the master tapes.  Anyway, he begrudgingly agreed to sign, and in black extra fine sharpie he signed his first and last names on the front cover, from his left cheek to his hair.
This is a strange album - Warren was "musical director" for the Everly Brothers when he laid down these tracks, and had been part of a folk-psychedellic folk duo before that.  There are only a few hints of his classic angry, self-destructive persona that would make his Jackson Browne-produced "debut" album on Asylum records such a delight a decade later - he was experimenting and finding his voice on this lp, and I later learned he never authorized the release.  But hey, I was a BIG fan, and I liked it...and wanted it signed.
My asking price for this item is based primarily on the autograph, of course ... but the music is cool, too, and the record is hard to find.
The disc appears unblemished and unscratched; it has been stored upright in a protective sleeve in my home. The cover has a small cut corner (upper right) and a few small "bumps" to the rear on the left opening side.  This will look great in a frame!!
