Description

 This is a beautiful copy of an LP by the Silly Surfers: "New! The Sounds of the Silly Surfers" on the Mercury label (MG 20977). Released in 1964. Vocals by the Silly Surfers and Shary Richards. Produced Reuban Klamer. Directed by Nick Venet. This is a monaural recording. This whole "Silly Surfer" concept was a product tie-in with Hawk Model Company. This issue is the complete "Silly Surfers" LP, which differs from the Hairy Records issue with six songs by the Weird-Ohs and six songs by The Silly Surfers (HR 101). The artwork differs slightly from the earlier Hairy Records issue.

Record and sleeve in EX/EX condition. Sleeve has some minor ring wear, a name that appears to have been erased (no damage), no other writing and no stickers. The vinyl is gorgeous. Labels are clean, and there are only a few small scuffs.
