The cover has a punch in the bottom, left corner. The slightest indication of ring wear beginning. Tiny bit of paper beginning to tear on bottom edge (see photo).
The vinyl is like new. Not a smudge or mark on it. Appears to be unplayed.

Vinyl and Sleeve grading is based on the Goldmine standard and is as follows:
SS - Still Sealed: Self-explanatory.
M - Mint: Near perfect, or un-played record.
NM - Near Mint: No visible signs of wear, like new.
EX - Excellent: Slight signs of wear.
VG - Very Good: Minimal signs of wear and the possibility of a few scuffs that do not affect the listening experience and/or light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still very nice.
VG - Very Good: Signs of wear and handling and usually audible surface noise, still plays great.
G - Good: Considerable signs of wear and handling.
