Click to view supersized image A couple weeks ago here on the 'Bay another copy of this classic first pressing (in red/blk/yellow sleeve) went for $134.00 AND THIS COPY, I DARESAY, IS BETTER. The title above says VG+, but I think anyone with a more liberal grading bent than mine would say, "NM, no problem-o." The sleeve is in better condition, for one thing--no tell-tale "ring" from close storage; for another, this copy has been played exactly TWICE, including just now when I listened to it--pure pop for NOW people, folks! Yes, when needle meets wax there's a bit of low-grade noise, as is the case on any record 28 years old; but no visual problems do I see, and listening to this is, in one word: SUBLIME. These true sons of Portland were great--MAGNIFICENT might be a better word. Greg Sage = True Genius, and this wax captures Wipers at their most energetic, and, I think, BEST. In the run-off groove: 78 1029 plus some other, harder to make out, stuff; yellow label, Trap Records, three songs; decent start-bid, reserve not out-of-hand. DO NOT MISS THIS, BIDDERS. I couldn't hear anything noteworthy except THE PUREST PUNK-POP EVER CREATED; it's almost virgin wax! All other items (clothing, etc.) are sent USPS Priority Mail for domestic customers and Global Priority or regular airmail for international customers.
