Description

        Folky Jesus Music          Rural Folk/Rock             Female Vocals

This is a rare private Christian Folk and Folk/Rock LP released in 1975.  The LP is by the group Washed.

To quote from the book, Vintage Vinyl Jesus Music by Ken Scott : " Superb rural folk/rock acoustic private press from four Massachusetts gals known as Washed...  Acoustic guitars, piano, electric guitar, bass and dobro make for a nice pastoral blend...  Several of the ballads have an edgy folk-psych feel, with hypnotic droning guitar..."

The LP has a few paper scuffs but played very quiet on my turntable ( some pops ).  Cover looks great ( a 2 inch split-seam at top ).   Comes with a lyric sheet.

NOTE:   I have to sell the album because I need cash.   I was taking care of my mom with Alzheimer's for over 2 years.   My dad died in church in 1993 ( his birthday would have been March 18th ) and my brother died in 2001.   So I was the only one that could care for my mom.   Now I have financial and health problems.   Thanks for your bids !
