The BEATLES ‘With The Beatles’
FIRST UK PRESSING, SUPERB COPY in GREAT all round condition now over 55years old!

DARK Cover. Thisiconic photo of The Beatles was lightened up in later pressings. This is the ORIGINAL DARKER, GRAINIER photo from 1963covers!
First pressing matrices XEX 447-1N and XEX 448- 1N with stampers 5 GT (side 1) and 2 ML (side 2)respectively.
The side 2 label has ‘JOBETE’ credit for ‘Money’ and ‘YouReally Gotta Hold on Me’ unique to first press labels.
Tax code ‘MT’ on side 2 label (the embossed tax code on mostcopies is ‘KT’)
CONDITION: For over 55 years old this is in excellentcondition.
The LP cover has a few creases in the laminate and in thecard beneath and signs of discolouration and ageing on the rear. The spine isstill clear and proud. There are a few marks where the record slips in and outof the cover and very slight fraying at the edge, however it is still a nice,clean copy with no writing, stickers or any other ugly signs of wear andtear. Compared to most 1963 LP coversthis is a very good example.
The EMITEX poly lined inner is excellent+ with no marks ortears.
The LP shows less than average wear, very slight scuff markson visual inspection, the labels have some spindle marks but fairly minor. ThisLP plays with excellent 1963mono sound punching out of the speakers! No distortion, hardly any backgroundnoise. This heavyweight LP was pressed to last.
