Time & A Word This is stunning copy (plum label pressing, original first issue) of "Time & A Word"
on Atlantic complete with lyric sheet insert. This particular copy was acquirded from
a private collector who worked (I'm told) within the music business and this album
has definitely been stored carefully since it was purchased.
The record is in excellent condition. There are no scratches, just the faintest hint
wear as a result of handling and one or two minor surface marks (barely visible to
the naked eye), otherwise it's more or less mint (or near as). There are minimal
signs of wear around the spindle hole on side 1, but side 2 is clean.
The sleeve is gorgeous. I won't say mint, but it's pretty damn close. There is one
small 'finger' crease to the front, one minor crease leading up to the spine on the
back (it doesn't actually effect the spine though) and two tiny creases at the base
of the sleeve (on the back). These are barely visible.
There is the faintest hint of ring-wear on the back, can only be seen if the sleeve is
tilted at an angle in the light and even then it's barely visible. There's no evidence of
ring-wear present on the front. The opening where the record goes in, is clean and
the top looks practically new. This is a fine example, really nice.
Lyric sheet is included and is in excellent condition with minor wear from handling.
This is a classic album from one of the greatest prog rock groups of the 70s and it's
a truly beautiful copy. Has been carefully stored for many years and probably hasn't
been played more than a few times.
