Description
For sale today is a very respectable copy of the Beatles Revolver with the withdrawn mix of Tomorrow never knows and the, all important, 606-1 matrix. The tax code KT can be seen on side One. The Mother/stampers are: - side one = 2/O, side two = 2/MH. With the exception of a fairly inconspicuous mark on side two label, the labels are very nice, free from graffiti, names etc. The font is Serif. The cover is very tidy too, with a small tear to the top right corner, approx 4mm(see pic), otherwise some yellowing with age is apparent. The seams and spine are strong with the title very clear.
Whilst this is not mint, it is still a very nice copy. I've listened to it several times. There is some light crackle evident between tracks on headphones, but this is hardly noticeable on speakers on casual listening. I didn't notice any pops, clicks or sticks.To be honest, I have compared it with another 606-1 copy in my own collection and it was a tough call which one to keep.These copies can sell for several hundred in mint condition. So, if your looking to buy one without breaking the bank, and without being disappointed on playing, this could be for you. Feel free to make an offer, you might be surprised and get lucky.
