Description
Before the groups like Santana (as a matter of fact one of our members (Gregg) went on to for the original Santana group), The Grateful Dead there was a pre-pyschedelic scene in the Bay Area! One of the top groups was William Penn and His Pals who would open up for the international groups like The Dave Clark Fyve, Paul Revere and the Raiders, Them, The Animals. The were William Penn and His pals. Finally, a real Vinyl LP of William Penn And His Pals. The complete recordings made from William Penn and his Pals 2003 CD release made from recording sessions done in 1966 gathered by Mike Shapiro (me), writer of Swami cult classic. It sounds great and everybody who listens to this say "this is the bomb". This is a short run of 500 with the option for 2 more for a total of 1600 in total. USA BUYERS: Don't buy from out of USA where shipping costs can be above $30 pushing the cost of getting this to $60. Also you are buying it from the original writer of Swami and lead guitarist from William Penn... Mike Shapiro. If you ever wondered about the quality of music prior to the Fillmore than this is it.
