Rare 1970 first UK pressing of the self-titled solo album by CHRISTINE MCVIE on Blue Horison Records. Following her departure from CHICKEN SHACK and prior to joining John McVie in marriage and FLEETWOOD MAC, Christine was perfect! 1970 Blue Horizon ?– 7-63860, Blue Horizon ?– S 7-63860. SONGS: Crazy 'Bout You Baby; I'm On My Way; Let Me Go (Leave Me Alone); Wait And See; Close To Me; I'd Rather Go Blind; When You Say; And That's Saying A Lot; No Road Is The Right Road; For You; I'm Too Far Gone (To Turn Around); I Want You. Backed both by Chicken Shack and future Mac member Danny Kirwan. Publishing credits for the first two songs are listed as "Cop.Con.". Later pressings showed the first track credited to Robert Mellin Music Ltd. Matrix markings side A: S7 63860 AI 1 D; Matrix side B: S7 63860 BI 1 D.
