Description

Ashford 1 "Love You Baby" b/w instrumental (E. Lewis, J. Coleman, J. Ashford). Motown superhero Jack Ashford, as recorded with Billy Sha-Rae's Soul Congress Band. Supervised by Lorraine Chandler?! Sounds like they were doing whatever they wanted! Urgent, uptempo, and totally out of hand. Rare white label DJ copy, ARCHER in all caps in run-off, apparently far more scarce than the issue. Record is in VG condition, not too bad at all. Very high gloss, with light scuffs, but no significant surface noise. (See photo) Plays strong VG+, Shipping & Handling: US & Canada $4.00 Priority or $2.00 First Class, $5 outside the U.S. Insurance and / or Delivery confirmation is extra.
