Even the Berliner "bible" Paul Charosh's "Berliner Gramophone Records" does not have this one documented!
Dan W. Quinn sings "Star Light Star Bright" from The Wizard Of The Nile on Berliner 953.
Charosh's book shows Berliner 953 as being done by J.W. Myers (same song) on April 18, 1896. This disc was recorded a day earlier (April 17, 1896) and by Dan W. Quinn.
The record is in shiny excellent-minus (E-) condition. There is a faint pressure line (no effect) and a few Berliner "dimples." Plays nice and clean as it seems most 1896 Berliners do.
