Description

This is the original UK LP by the BEATLES, YELLOW SUBMARINE, 1969 Stereo 1st Press on the dark green APPLE label PCS 7070, with "Sold in the UK" label credits. Matrix numbers are,  SIDE 1:-  YEX 715-1,  SIDE 2:-  YEX 716-1,  stamper codes are,  SIDE 1:-  2/4 / GL,  SIDE 2:-  3 / GP. The original 1969 1st issue Garrod and Lofthouse flipback cover is NOT credited with "Garrod and Lofthouse" on the back right hand side flipback, VERY RARE only a very small amount were released for sale with this obvious printing mistake, the LP comes complete with it's original 1969 UK black inner sleeve.

The RARE original 1969 UK Stereo 1st issue non- credited Garrod and Lofthouse flipback cover with the 2 horizontal red lines, above and below the rear sleeve note is in EX+++ condition, lovely and clean, their is no unwanted writing and no seam splits, the spine is perfectly intact and readable, lovely cover!

The vinyl is in EX+ condition, gleaming with all it's original shine and lustre, I have played both sides (very carefully!) and the vinyl plays MINT-!, playing with super crisp clear clarity, the qulaity of this 1969 UK Stereo 1st Pressing is OUTSTANDING!, delivering a SUPERB warmth and depth to RARE LP, A WONDERFUL LISTENING EXPERIENCE!.

The label's are in a STUNNING MINT- condition, lovely and clean, their is no unwanted writing and no scuffs, the spindle hole shows little or no wear.

The vinyl is housed in it's original 1969 UK black inner sleeve and in EX++ condition, their is one small 1cm seam split, other than that no other seam splits, their is no unwanted writing.

Altogether a SUPERB copy of this RARE original 1969 UK Stereo 1st Press LP by the BEATLES, YELLOW SUBMARINE.
