Description
Mono First Pressing with the subsequently withdrawn version of ‘tomorrow never knows’
matrix numbers /stampers:
XEX 605-2 1GP
XEX 606-1 1A
The vinyl has been cleaned and fully play tested and plays with vibrant strong sound throughout, no skips, no persistent background. The only significant fault noted were 5 ‘ticks’ and some light crackle on the quiet intro to “Love you to”. Apart from that the rest played without any issues of note, just the occasional bit of low level non-intrusive surface noise.
Visually under strong light the vinyl is shiny and bright, looks VG+, a few light marks / hairlines and a couple of light non-feelable surface scratch marks on side 1 tracks 6&7 and another on side 2 track 1 (these do not impact play).
The disc has been machine cleaned and comes in a brand new lined anti static inner.
The sleeve is EX no splits or tears, minimal wear to edges, fully legible spine, slight age yellowing / creasing around spine, please see photos.
The original ‘patents pending’ inner is all intact with no splits or tears.

Gradings refer to the UK Record Collector Magazine standard (shown below). I would only use "mint" for genuinely unplayed records. Visual grading is done under a spotlight. Play testing is done on my Pro-ject or Rega turntable.
If buyer is not satisfied for any reason please contact me, I will refund on safe return of item.
Record will be packaged in a proper mailer with stiffening. I will pack with the record removed from the outer sleeve.
Mint (M) - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet. booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records marked as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
Excellent (EX) - The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
Very Good (VG) - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable
Good (G) - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc
