Description

The rare jewel cased version of The Beatles "Sgt Pepper" reel to reel mono tape. Running speed 3 & 3/4 IPS. One of the last of the Beatles albums released on the outgoing reel to reel format before the cassette versions were to be issued. (Sgt Pepper" had already been released in cassette form in October 1967)

In unusually complete and very good condition with just the normal minor "nicks" in the front cover where the hinge clips. Plays perfectly and well too. Jewel case in very good condition too with none of the usual cracks/splits or bits missing. The tape spool is also crack/damage free. The original "Emitape" leaflet and packing slip are present. White printed leader tape for Part 1 and red printed leader tape for Part 2. Quite original. Priced sensibly.
