We ship our records in heavy duty boxes; the records are packaged between several layers of cardboard, and given plenty of padding within the box. We proudly use USPS for all shipments. WE COMBINE SHIPPING CHARGES if you win more than one item -- charges will be automatically combined by eBay on your invoice if you win multiple items, but for the lowest possible rate please wait ~24 hours for us to send you a custom invoice. Package tracking is provided for all shipments, and insurance upon special request.

RETURNS/PROLEMS: If you are unsatisfied with your item for any reason you may return it for a full refund -- no questions asked! 78 record grading can be somewhat subjective (to say the least), and though we consider ourselves one of the more consistent and knowledgable sellers on eBay, we do make an occasional mistake. We list 150-200 records per week on average, so an error is inevitable! We don't make you argue about the grade and understand your disappontment -- we offer full refunds for any errors. In some cases we may have a replacement copy available. And if you've won a 'bottom dollar' record you're unsatisfied with, in some cases we will refund your payment without requiring you to return the item. Please note: refunds for 'mis-bids', or damage caused by USPS will have shipping charges withheld.

We do expect you to have a reasonable understanding of grading and playing 78's if you are bidding, but we welcome new collectors and all questions!

We also expect a certain basic level of civility from bidders and potential bidders. eBay can be a very hostile environment. Please be friendly & respectful, we want nothing but to be friendly & helpful to you -- but we do not tolerate abuse! We truly appreciate the nice folks out there, especially our 'regulars'!
