Description

Very nice copy of Billie Holiday's 78 RPM "Strange Fruit" backed with "Fine and Mellow", Commodore Records, No. 526A and 526B, released 1939.  I referenced the "VJM" record grading system I found online, and based on that, would grade this as "VG " to "VG+". It will ship in a vintage brown paper sleeve that is not original to the record.  In addition to the info you can see on the labels in the photos, there is stamped in the "dead wax" or run-out area, the following: "Strange Fruit" side:  wp24403B with a handwritten "n" after it; "Fine and Mellow" side:  wp24405A
Will be carefully packed with double cardboard reinforcing, and sent Media Mail/Insured.
