Description

This first UK pressing of the seminal 1969 Captain Beefheart double LP 'Trout Mask Replica' was signed personally by Don Van Vliet at a 1986 gallery one man show in London so is very desirable. It is very hard to find hand signed items by the Captain.

UK Straight Records (STS 1053) gatefold sleeve printed by E.J.Day. Matrix numbers on run-out groove are STS 1053 A1 & B1.

Cover signed in ballpen 'Van Vliet  86'. Some quite heavy wear to cover but generally very good.

Vinyl really excellent.
