Description
Charles Lloyd "Forest Flower" 1967 Atlantic 1473 gatefold mono promo. Live at Monterrey with Keith Jarrett and Jack DeJohnette, raw talent on display at a big festival! This is the mono promotional release, much harder to find. Gatefold sleeve is practically perfect, shiny and new (see photos), clearly an Excellent (EX) sleeve. Vinyl is visually very clean, but there's a click that runs from the end of A1 and into the first part of A2. The B side is much cleaner and is near perfect on playback except for one isolated click, dare you to find it. There is something I'll call a "micro-warp" at the edge of the record, that reaches in maybe a quarter of an inch, that I noticed when I was cleaning it--on playback you can watch the tone arm move up and down slightly for a few seconds. It does not hurt the playback on my gear. If it does on yours, I accept returns for any reason. Overall I'll rate the vinyl as Very Good plus (VG+). This is a great price for this record. Just cleaned with a VPI wet-vac system. I'll pay the shipping via USPS Media Mail.
