I HAVE COLLECTED THOUSANDS OF RECORDS OVER THE YEARS AND NOW THE TIME HAS COME TO CLEAR OUT AND SELL TO A GOOD HOME.OVER THE NEXT MONTHS I AM SELLING MY VAST RECORD COLLECTION. THIS WEEK I AM SELLING SOME SPECIAL ONES. PLEASE VIEW OTHERS- I DO HELP ON POST.
** I PLAY TEST ALL MY RECORDS **
A record that has followed me about from house to house !!!! Not perfect by any means but it plays without skip or jump.
(Please note there is some camera flash on the photo's !)
The key features of this lp is described below:
Sleeve- Single iconic sleeve . Some corner and edge wear. General age wear and some surface storage marks.
Overall, respectable for the age. Still looks nice.
Insert- The lyric inner shows minor creases in places but it is fully in one piece and clean.
Inner- Original RCA white inner. Shows creases and age wear.
Labels- Clean.
Vinyl- Vinyl still has a full gloss and sheen to both sides. Under bright light, there are minor surface scratches and scuffs.
PLAYBACK- First off, it does play through without skip or jump. There is some crackle and there are some ticks/clicks ( mainly in the quiet parts). There is a tick in Changes. There are a series of ticks/clicks in Eight line Poem. The end of Life on Mars has ticks. Heart and Dylan have odd ticks. Side 2 plays better than Side 1. I played it today and ( ticks aside ) I still cant believe how good it sounds .
Not to be missed. Not perfect by any means ( do not expect it to be so ) but an original that does play through with a nice sleeve and insert.
