Description

This is an original copy of David Bowie's 1971 classic album Hunky Dory. RCA Victor, UK pressing with orange labels. SF8244 (LSP4623).

The vinyl is visually EXCELLENT. It has been play tested right through and carefully checked. Plays very well with absolutely no jumps or skips. Has been cleaned. The vinyl audio is VERY GOOD +.

The matrix numbers are: Side 1 – APRS-5947-4E/ Side 2 – APRS-5948-3E.

The sleeve is the first matt print, Robert Stace cover with the pink tinge and with no Mainman logo on the back. The later pressings from later in 1972 /early 1973 had the Mainman logo added to the rear. The sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition with only the lightest of edge wear on the bottom edge and some handling creasing on the spine side. Many copies of this sleeve I have seen are well worn with heavy edge/spine wear and white ring marking to the black edges. The spine is fully readable. I have tried to show how good the sleeve in the photos.

The labels are in EXCELLENT condition indicating how little this record has been played.

Comes with original lyric insert which is also in EXCELLENT condition. Also included is the original inner sleeve. .

Please use zoom and look closely at the photos to see condition of the items as these form the visual description.

I try to be as honest as possible with descriptions and photos and have always received good feedback so please ask any questions asked before bidding.Happy to answer anything asked.

Will be packaged robustly and well protected.
