Description

Available here is an authentic original copy of one of the most in demand acid folk LPs in the last few years. The mysterious and beautiful Deena Webster's sole LP Tuesday's Child released in small numbers by EMI Parlophone in 1968. This LP is full of amazing takes of folk standards of the day. The devastating cover of Hair Of Spun Gold and the mellotron laden cover of Geordie are personal favorites. Any fans of Joni Mitchell or Joan Baez this is your holy grail!
Let's talk condition of this rare piece. I'm not a record dealer but only a collector so I'll grade this as a true listener. I'm giving the record an EXTREMELY conservative VG. With a small sticker stain on the label and only small marks that are mostly inaudible but being a quiet folk record, the most picky of graders may call this a VG but the other other 99% of collectors would think this a VG+. The cover is a solid VG+ only slight wear and a few ripples on the laminated cover no seam splits and the corers are sharp.
