ARTISTE, RECORD TITLE AND LABEL
DEENA WEBSTER " Tuesday's Child"
Parlophone PCS 7052 ( pressed in England)
A very rare 1968 femvox folk LP which rarely comes up for sale and, in the event it does, fetches in excess of £100. Though the ones which came up for sale were mono, this is a stereo version on the silver boxed Parlophone label. It is housed in a Ernest J Day jacket which is laminated on the front and with the triple flipback on the reverse. The jacket indicates it was made in Britain but the label does not indicate so. Whilst it is not uncommon to find some local pressings from here with the jacket made in the UK, I do not think that is the case with this. The matrix numbers ie YEX 683-1/YEX 684-1, are machine stamped whereas Singapore issues have them scratched in. I believe that it is a sort of export copy for this side of the pond. It comes with a EMI inner sleeve.
Buyers please note that I am based in Singapore and that the postage rate indicated is for domestic UK shipping(It is part of the UK system and I cannot change it ...please read my shipping section below).
