Description

This is an auction for an ORIGINAL copy of the 1956 release of Love Me Tender / Anyway You Want Me released in the USA.

The record itself (47-6643 )is visually in EXCELLENT- / VERY GOOD+ condition and retains a lot of it's natural sheen.

There are a few light marks/scratches. (nothing deep or drastic though)

The labels are CRISP, CLEAN and have NO WRITING(see photos)

This is the RARER issue WITH THE HORIZONTAL LINE. (you could say this is this U.S equivilant of HMV GOLD WRITING UK issue!)

The picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2008 as $50 in the condition it is in now(which i would say is VERY GOOD+)for the sleeve alone!!!

THIS IS 2 OF THE 2 PINK SLEEVES ISSUED , THIS BEING THE RARER DARK PINK (rather than the alternative light pink)

This sleeve is over 58 years old and there are only a few signs of ageing.

There are NO SPLITS, RIPS or TEARS (see photos)

The only thing that stops this from grading even higher is some writing and discolouration/ staining on the rear(see photos)

Overall this was valued at about $80(£50 ) back in 2008 , so i would guess this would have to be at least £52 .

I will start this at under HALF of that!!

THIS WOULD MAKE A GREAT AFFORDABLE COLLECTION FILLER UNTIL THAT MINT £75+ COPY COMES ALONG!!!

With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might just get a genuine bargain.
